The third section will be an analysis of the Danish and especially the Copenhagen housing market, with a special focus on the investment part of the market. An analysis of the Danish Company Jeudan will also be in this section of the paper, with a focus of which external relations could affect them in the short term, but also in the long term. An analysis of their finances will also be done here. The last part of the section will be an examination of the Danish C25 index. It will have a focus on which companies it is made of and how it has performed in the last 20 years. The third part of the paper will be a discussion of the analysis mentioned above. This will discuss pros and cons on the different types of investments. In the fourth and final part of this paper a conclusion will be made, based on the analysis and on the discussion. It will conclude that with a ten-year horizon it will be profitable to invest in the property of Skindergade 20. It will also show that it will be profitable to leverage the property and the money from the loan will then be used to invest in the C25 index. This will be done to spread the risk of the investment.
