Abstract
In this report you will find a strategic analysis and valuation of Vestas Wind Systems A/S (In this dissertation; The company), as of May 10, 2009. Informations due after this date will not have an effect on our estimated value of the company. We have in our preparation of the task had no other information available than what is publicly known. We searched our information in magazines, corporate communications, official websites and not least in its annual reports. In particular the annual report for 2008. The company was founded in Lem, Denmark in 1898, and is the market leader among alternative energy with a market share 19,8% in 2008.
