Abstract
The purpose of this thesis is to formulate an explanation of the process of generational change and through this clarify which considerations and elements the process should contain. To exemplify the complexity in the circumstances, the model businesses Kaffe Import and Bredgade 7 ApS has been used throughout this thesis. Both companies are owned by Ole.
