Abstract
In this thesis I will be working in an explorative manner. I will be using my own organisation as a case-study, as well as an introduction of individual-centric care. At the Dementia Center Pilehuset, I analyse two management technologies. One was called Dementia Care Mapping (DCM). DCM is a tool for dementia care quality assurance. The other technology is called "Blomsten” (The Flower), which is a metaphor to illustrate the individual-centric care.
