Emelie Perckwall

Student thesis: Master thesis

This study examines the performance patterns of frequent acquirers with a specific focus on learning effects and the timing of takeovers. The paper further asks if increased acquisition frequency creates enough knowledge to significantly affect performance. Also the experience of the CEO is hypothesized to matter for the knowledge creation.
