Abstract
The aim of this master thesis is to: Map the significant actors and to elucidate the dynamics of the actor-network, which emerge between the two heterogenic political entities of labour market policy and cross border regional policy in the Oresund region. By investigating the expectations of actors, and how actors seek to enlist other actors into their scheme of things, as well as the means they employ, I seek the answer to the following question: Does it make sense to speak of regimes of expectation within this network.
