Abstract
The article considers the many possibilities of bringing the arts into organisations to keep up with the demands of an uncertain and fast-changing environment. It discusses cases of arts-based interventions in companies that reflect the different kinds of arts-based interventions that can be found in the literature. It mentions that companies buy selected artworks or systematically build corporate collections.
