abstract = "In June 2020, the Danish Parliament adopted a new Climate Act including legally binding measures. In March 2020, the European Commission presented a proposal for a European climate law regulation based upon the content of the Paris Agreement. In light of the UN conventions, protocols, and agreements, this article presents a legal analysis of the Danish 2020 Climate Act and the 2020 proposal for a European Climate Law regulation in order to investigate the national legal climate law measures that have risen as a result of the Paris Agreement.",
