The article introduces selected CSR management, process or reporting tools with particular focus on informing legal standards that may be drawn on in corporations' or other organisations' efforts to manage and limit risks related to human rights and international labour law. The CSR tools dealt with are: UN Global Compact, UN Norms on the Human Rights Responsibilities for Transnational and other Business Enterprises, SA8000, GRI, AA1000, and the Danish CSR Compass.
