Processer, sammenhængskraft og fleksibilitet

In many companies, perhaps in most companies, efforts on adjusting processes are an ongoing task. These efforts are often organised in projects focusing at improving the companies’ business processes as well as at the benefits expected to be achieved from these improvements. As participants in such projects, we are often blind to the changes that occur outside the project boundaries. In relation to this problem I am seeking to answer following questing, which also defines my research theme: "Which relevant approaches to the process work can be brought into utilization to increase the cohesiveness as well as flexibility of the results?". The research theme further seeks to investigate the related requirements to the project setup and the project definition. [Extract]
