    Abstract

    This is the third of a four-case series (310-267-1 to 310-270-1). This case expands on the situation described in Porsche (B). It tells the story of how Porsche continued to increase its stake in VW beyond prudence and how it eventually resulted in the company''s demise as an independent firm.
