Abstract
The article introduces the topic of corporate management and corporate responsibility that is further debated in the anthology from the perspectives of Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility. The article introduces some of the main points in a debate on the relationship between Corporate Governance and CSR that forms the subject of the cross-disciplinary discussions in the 10 articles in the book which address the subject from angles of corporate ethics, law, institutional and economic theory.
