Abstract

The article discusses the effectiveness of emotion-sensing technology (EST) in reshaping the workplace in the U.S. The topics discussed include the efficacy of EST in improving the performance of workers and the tool developed by multinational technology company Koninklijke Philips Electronics N.V. and finance firm ABN AMRO Bank N.V. to prevent financial markets' trading risk.
