Abstract

This roundtable discusses embodiment in consumer judgment and decision-making to (1) assess the state of knowledge, (2) bring clarity to the interaction of cognitive appraisals and bodily perceptions of emotion and its effect on cognitive representations, and (3) develop directions for research on the role of embodiment in consumer behaviors.
