The project is partially funded by the European Commission under the 7th Framework Programme (project no. RI-283746).This report describes the final dissemination and exploitation strategy for project Virtual Campus Hub. A preliminary dissemination and exploitation plan was setup early in the project as described in the deliverable D6.1 Dissemination strategy paper - preliminary version. The plan has been revised on a monthly basis during the project{\textquoteright}s lifecycle in connection with the virtual and physical project meetings.",
