Abstract

The article discusses a possible connection between Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility. It is found that such a connection exists, at least with regard to labour rights and aspects of relations to external stakeholders. Human Rights aspects in Good (Public) Governance serve as a point of departure for identification of Human Rights elements in Corporate Governance.
