Abstract

Universities are caught in the middle of some profound transformations in this age. There is a transformation in the way they are governed; a transformation in the way academic performance is measured, evaluated, and controlled; a transformation in how university employees are exposed to stress symptoms; and a transformation in the way universities are managed.
