Catherine Ashton er en britisk Labour-politiker. Hun har ikke været medlem af Underhuset i Det Britiske Parlament, men blev udnævnt til livstidsmedlem af Overhuset af Tony Blairs regering i 1999 og beklædte flere mindre ministerposter inden Gordon Brown udnævnte hende til leder af Overhuset.
