Abstract
The ongoing effort by manufacturing companies to embrace sustainability requirements into their product-service-software offerings entail development of innovative solutions to integrate and share information among the stakeholders in the ecosystem. Potential pitfalls and traps when embarking on digital servitization journey as well as measurement considerations are shared. Opportunities for inter-disciplinary research are proposed.
