title = "What We Don{\textquoteright}t Talk About in Entrepreneurship: Moving the Spotlight From the “Hero Entrepreneur” to the “Unremarkable” Everyday Lives of Student Entrepreneurs",
abstract = "This chapter flips the coin, moves beyond the official heroic image of becoming an entrepreneur, and deals with the insecurities and doubts of student entrepreneurs in their respective entrepreneurial processes. Using two student cases, the chapter brings together different perspectives on the dark sides of entrepreneurship education on students{\textquoteright} journeys to becoming student entrepreneurs. The implications drawn from the chapter are to acknowledge the differences among entrepreneurs, to incorporate dealing with insecurities and ambivalence in the educational environment and seeing alternative pictures of entrepreneurship, and to create a support system when students{\textquoteright} progress their startup idea into an incubator environment.",
