The workshop was held on 8 June 2014 in Tel Aviv, Israel, in conjunction with the European Conference on Information Systems (ECIS 2014), and it is part of the activities of the Special Interest Group for eGovernment (SIGeGov) of the Association for Information Systems (AIS).
