Abstract
Ledelse i sundhedsvæsenet is area in which has been great forskningsmæssig attention - including problematiseringen of how the leadership udøves between Nationalt formulerede styringsinitiativer and sundhedsprofessionernes strategies to preserve their autonomi and vidensmonopol.
