Abstract
In this position paper, we present a model to think about impossible food experiences in virtual reality. This model includes two continuums, namely, laws of physics–imaginary laws and real–fantasy scenarios. We present a series of examples in each of the quadrants of the model and discuss both the research possibilities and implications of impossible experiences.
