Abstract
The field of organization studies has seen a major increase in scholarship focusing on moods, emotions, affects and atmospheres. Our study contributes to expand further this form of knowledge by exploring how desire is productive and entangled in the becoming of events. Centred around two stories of sensed-situated-knowledge, we use desire itself as the core guidance of our qualitative methodology, and present our reflections in conversation with the philosophical work of Deleuze (1925-1995) and the psychoanalytical theories of Lacan (1901-1981).
