This report presents the results of the qualitative study that was conducted in the spring of 2002 in Copenhagen as part of the E-Bizz Øresund project. The purpose of this project is to develope and design distributionsystems for BTC e-commerce related to food and grocery retailing. An important part of this is to know how consumers think of grocery e-commerce and what types of wishes and demands they might have in order to use such systems now and in the future.
