The poetic and the scientific are two different but compatible aspects of organizing. By abandoning a science of organizing dominated by analytical philosophy that dominates US organization theory, we can reconnect to the continental traditions of Bachelard, as well as Husserl and Sch{\"u}tz. Phenomenology returns to questions of reason in lived experiences, forgotten when social science only focuses on instrumental rationality and artificial intelligence.",
