Abstract
Based on multiple cases methods,this paper conducts a preliminary analysis of the internalization process and mechanism of paratroops of TMT in private companies during their transition from outsiders to insiders.We propose a four-season model of paratroops' internalization process.This model suggests that the internalization process encapsulates four stages learning,modification,change and integration.It further identifies different attributes of each stage and the concomitant challenges faced by both the paratroops and the firm.
