Women Entrepreneurs in the circular economy – Global Experiences In this seminar I will presents insights from Women Entrepreneurship – A Global Perspective (2022–2025), a collaborative research project exploring the challenges and lived experiences of women entrepreneurs across seven countries: Japan, Indonesia, Lebanon, Denmark, Senegal, the United States, and Colombia. Despite global growth in women’s entrepreneurship, structural and cultural barriers persist, including gender bias, limited access to finance, and underrepresentation in professional networks (van den Ende & van Marrewijk, 2015).
