Contribution to the symposium "Motivating Engagement with Novel Innovation Mechanisms".
This symposium seeks to showcase latest research that advances theory and practice pertaining to increasing engagement in, and performance of, open innovation mechanisms. The symposium brings together a diverse group of researchers studying topics that broadly relate to open innovation within and beyond organizational boundaries. These topics include peer-to-peer platforms, innovation contests, worker voice, the role of change agents in social movements, and platform competition.
